We are very Multi cultural.
At the time of writing this web page we have a Chinese brother
and sister, a young Indonesian, a young man from Taiwan,
two separate male Thai students, a Vietnamese, one girl from Malaysia, one from Philippines, one girl from Japan,
a young man from Russia and a Canadian.
All are studying at local Universities. A couple have part time
jobs in the area.
We would like to make everybody as happy, contented and comfortable
as possible. If anyone wants anything extra or special or simply
want to talk, they are invited to contact Mark.
All Asian students are especially welcome in this house. It is comfortable, safe and friendly.

Dear Mark
I have stayed in your house for the last 4 years and I truly believe this accommodation is the best choice
for students looking to study in Sydney. It is conviniently located 5 minutes walking from two universities,
shopping centre, cinemas, buses, 10 min from the markets, 5 min by bus from the City Centre.
Plus good quality kitchen equipment inside, nice furniture, broadband Internet access in every room.
Add to this your constant desire to improve things. Many times you have asked us whether we needed
anything -- this was really nice! It was like being at home and having assurance that we could always ask
you if we need help.
And all of these for a very reasonable price!
All students who stay here are very serious and mature - no noise, drinking parties,
no drugs, smoking at the premises, etc.
All of us have become good friends and going to keep our friendship for years to come.
Where else could one find a better place to stay!?
I had spent a lot of time looking before I found this boarding house -- there is nothing better around.

My stay in Sydney, studying at UTS was more fun because I stayed at your Boarding House. There is lots of Accommodation in Sydney but your mix of fellow Asian Student made it more interesting.
Next year my brother will come to Sydney and I will make a booking for him at 42 City Rd
