There is a modern washing machine and separate dryer. Guests have FREE use of both. There are also outside drying areas.

We are very particular about cleanliness. The property is fully cleaned once per week.

As well as this one couple does a daily clean up around the common areas and especially the kitchen. This ensures a healthy environment.

Outside Rubbish is removed twice per week by the local Council, ensuring that no stale scraps are left about.

Guests may get their own phone if they wish. Free Broadband Internet available in all rooms.

We happily give any assistance in this area, as in all other matters. This is a truly excellent way of staying in regular contact with family back home.

All student guests are given the home phone number of the owners for use in any emergency. This number can also be passed to parents back home. Just a little extra peace of mind.

Each bedroom is fitted with a smoke alarm.

All hallways have fire detectors/alarms, which are interconnected. They are there for the protection of all residents of this building.

NO Smoking at any time in this building. It is a Fire Hazard and the smoke will set off the alarm. We are very strong on this policy. It is in the best interests of all guests.
